At the rear of the house is a superb, extended kitchen diner with bi-fold doors out to a great sized rear (and side) garden. Adjacent to the kitchen is another reception room which would be an ideal garden room, snug, or children’s play area. The kitchen offers a range of wall and base units with worktops over, halogen hob with extractor hood, and eye level electric oven/grill. There is also an integrated dishwasher and an inset, stainless steel, sink/drainer. Plus there is space for a fridge/freezer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

Four bedrooms

On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms. Bedroom two is unusual for a house of this size, having both a dressing area with built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room. It is the largest bedroom on this floor, but is not the master suite. More of that later.

Bedrooms three, and four also have useful built in wardrobes, with more storage available in the landing cupboard. A family bathroom on this level is fitted with a white suite of WC, wash basin, shower unit and bath.

On the top floor of this well maintained property is a master bedroom of generous proportions. Featuring built-in wardrobes, a dressing area and an en-suite with twin wash-basins, there is more than enough room for a Super-king bed.

The garden

The driveway at the front of the house is large enough for two vehicles to park side by side—no need to car-shuffle here! Additionally, there is a garage. To the side of the drive, with a path leading to the front door, is a small lawn flanked by mature planting.

Tucked away at the rear, and side, of the house, is a good-sized, easy-to-maintain, garden. Laid mostly to lawn, there is a large patio area with a pergola providing shade at one end.

A clever conversion of the garage has provided a secure outside room where garden tools, children’s toys, and patio paraphernalia can be stored.
