How do virtual valuations work?
In order for us to carry out a virtual valuation you will need to send five or six pictures of your home. These would be preferably of the front of the property, the lounge, kitchen, dining room, garden, and any other features like a conservatory etc. We’ll also need to know your street address, house number and postcode, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and reception rooms. One of our experienced sales staff will then value your home using state-of-the-art software and local data. His experience and knowledge of the surrounding area will help him provide a realistic figure for the market value of your home. After the initial valuation has been completed Niki, or Tim, will call you to talk through the property in detail.
We’ll also be able to offer advice, suggestions and tips on what, if anything, you might consider doing to prepare your property before listing.
